Next-Generation Performance & Spee

The PS5 console harnesses custom-built technology to deliver a revolution in gaming:

1TB Ultra-High Speed SSD: Maximize your playtime with near-instant load times for installed PS5 games. The custom integration of the console's systems allows creators to pull data from the SSD so quickly that they can design games in ways never before possible.

4K Gaming & Ray Tracing: Immerse yourself in worlds with a new level of realism. Ray Tracing individually simulates rays of light, creating true-to-life shadows and reflections in supported PS5 titles. Play your favorite games on your stunning 4K TV with support for HDR for vibrant, lifelike colors.

Up to 120fps with 120Hz Output: Enjoy smooth and fluid high frame rate gameplay at up to 120fps for compatible games, with support for 120Hz output on 4K displays.

Deeper Immersion with DualSense

The revolutionary DualSense Wireless Controller puts tactile sensations directly into your hands, redefining how you interact with games:

Haptic Feedback: Experience responsive vibrations that react to your in-game choices, simulating everything from the impact of objects to the feel of terrain.

Adaptive Triggers: Get to grips with dynamic resistance levels that simulate the physical tension of in-game actions, like pulling back an arrow or stepping on a brake pedal.

Tempest 3D AudioTech: Dive into incredible soundscapes where it feels as if sound comes from every direction. Your surroundings truly come alive through compatible headphones or TV speakers.
