From new costumes to weapons and some new finishing moves, you can expect many new things in this remake.

Resident Evil 4 remake is a highly anticipated survival horror game that is just about to launch within a few days, but before that, we will like to highlight some new things that have been introduced in this remake. In an interview with a local media outlet, the Resident Evil 4 remake director Yasuhiro said “The team did not want to lose focus on the main mechanics that the original game carried, but they just added on top of what was there already and made it better”

PARRYING:

When an enemy attacks, the knife transforms into a defensive tool where you can keep yourself alive for a while as long as you have the agility to block the upcoming attacks.

NEW FINISHING MANEUVER:

Just like parrying, you may also use a knife for finishing an attack when enemies are around and close to you. Resident Evil 4 Remake maintains an equal balance between horror and action. In an Interview, Yasuhiro Ampo said “Team had highly focused on creating a game balance between horror and action”

SIDE QUEST:

In a previous interview, The Resident Evil 4 Remake team said that this game is bigger than the previous one. The suddenly won’t turn this game into the open world game, there has some appearance of an optional side quest Leon can complete through peculiar parchments.

In a scene, Leon picked up a blue piece of paper and asked him to bring a unique gold chicken egg. Complete this mission after getting eggs and selling them to the merchant for cash.

CUSTOMIZATION OPTION:

Leon's best companion is an attached case that carries all of his gear. In this remake, players are also able to customize this case color and can add a title to personalize it. It looks satisfying when you organize the bag very well.

REHABE ASHLEY:

Your mission is to save Ashley Graham, the daughter of the President of the US, when you save her it doesn’t mean your mission is over here. Ashley follows Leon and it's up to you how you save her from the evil when you escape from this hostile village.

This time Ashley has new capabilities like she can unlock the doors. Leon is also able to direct Ashley when he taking care of some enemies. Ashly has got some new looks in this remake game like new costumes according to the environment the game is taking place in a cold area of Europe and in that way she is a bit underdressed for the weather and all credit goes to the Capcom team who decided to wear her a jacket which suits on her.

NEW WEAPONS:

Fans might have proactively detected this in a portion of the new trailers, however, Resident Evil 4 Remake will highlight no less than one new weapon: the Bolt Hurler. These are dangerous mines joined to quiet bolts that might not just take at any point care of extreme foes from far off yet they're conveyed quietly, making them practically like a secrecy weapon.

STEALTH:

This carries us to another point: covertness. The engineers affirmed in our meeting that Leon will want to involve covertness to move beyond adversaries in the Revamp. Besides the fact that Leon hunker can, however, if you're sufficiently cautious, you can move beyond foes by quietly dispatching them with the blade, or make interruptions from a good way utilizing the bolt hurler.

The new stealth mechanics can be handled easily when you get into the fight with Garrador, who depends on a noise sound to track Leon’s location.

BOSS FIGHT DIFFERENTLY:

We would like to draw a glimpse of a fight between Leon and his former teammate Jack Krauser. The was originally a QTE event in the original game, this fight is improvable with Leon can use a knife to go toe to toe in single-hand combat with Krauser.

Capcom confirms to a local media outlet that there will be no cutscene-based QTEs in the remake.
