The APEX X3 Gaming PC is a flagship-class gaming desktop built around the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor and ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5080 OC 16GB GDDR7 graphics card. AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D Processor

The APEX X3 is powered by the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, a Ryzen 9000 Series desktop processor based on AMD's Zen 5 architecture. It features 16 cores and 32 threads, a 4.3GHz base clock, and boost speeds of up to 5.7GHz. The processor also features 128MB of L3 cache, AMD 3D V-Cache technology, a 170W default TDP and the AM5 socket. AMD recommends liquid cooling for optimal performance.

ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5080 OC 16GB

Graphics performance comes from the ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5080 OC Edition with 16GB GDDR7 memory. The card features 10,752 CUDA cores, a 30Gbps memory speed and a 256-bit memory interface. ASUS specifies a 2730MHz OC-mode clock and 2700MHz default boost clock. It uses PCI Express 5.0, has three DisplayPort 2.1b outputs and two HDMI 2.1b outputs, and supports up to four displays.

ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E Hero Motherboard

The system is built on the ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E Hero, an enthusiast AM5 motherboard using the AMD X870E chipset. It supports AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 Series desktop processors and provides four DDR5 DIMM slots with support for up to 256GB.

The board provides two PCIe 5.0 x16 slots and five M.2 slots, including PCIe 5.0 x4 and PCIe 4.0 x4 connectivity. Networking includes Wi-Fi 7, 5Gb Ethernet and 2.5Gb Ethernet, while connectivity includes USB4 40Gbps and multiple high-speed USB ports.

Lexar NQ790 2TB NVMe SSD

Storage is provided by the Lexar NQ790 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. The drive uses an M.2 2280 form factor and PCIe Gen4x4 interface. The 2TB version is rated for sequential read speeds of up to 7000MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 6000MB/s, with up to 1200TBW and a five-year limited warranty.

Huntkey GX360R Atlas CPU Cooler

CPU cooling is handled by the Huntkey GX360R Atlas, a 360mm liquid CPU cooler with an integrated 1.28-inch IPS LCD display. The cooler supports AMD AM4/AM5 and a range of Intel sockets, and Huntkey specifies support for CPUs up to 300W TDP. It uses a 397 × 120 × 27mm aluminium radiator, a 450mm tube and three 120mm fans.
